It's Here! Old School Crema...Piston Style Espresso Machine (Photos)
Happy Friday Amigos,
I gotta give big-o-props to my Dad Jesse Orozco & of our family friend Sergio Arteaga (one of the first espresso SoCal techs) for rebuilding this historic espresso machine.
Here is the late model Gaggia piston type (GPT) espresso machine. It was originally manufactured in Milan, Italy. (See Gaggia company museum.) We fired it up today and got some good reactions. If you're ever around Glendora and love espresso give me a dial and I'll fire it up for you.
It would be my pleasure.
Check out the bold piston group head.

Original Gaggia steam knob, steam gauge and water level. With a completely rebuilt piston group head. That's the barrel you see where the espresso is pouring out of.

Homecoming! Our Cousin Lcpl Audrey Sanford
Here are photos from our marine cousin's homecoming. (A video will be added later.) Audrey was out fighting for or liberty on a M.E.U. It is a mission on a ship which loads and supplies our troop with armory, AKA guns, ammo and bombs. We had a wonderful time at her homecoming.
God Bless our American warriors!
