A small, but mighty espresso machine
Hi there...Here is a small, but mighty espresso machine that's being custom built at our service shop. It's an "ol' skooler" and being that it's on a compact frame... It travels easier! Take a look at the espresso we pulled this morning. Crema...

It's Here! Old School Crema...Piston Style Espresso Machine (Photos)
Happy Friday Amigos,
I gotta give big-o-props to my Dad Jesse Orozco & of our family friend Sergio Arteaga (one of the first espresso SoCal techs) for rebuilding this historic espresso machine.
Here is the late model Gaggia piston type (GPT) espresso machine. It was originally manufactured in Milan, Italy. (See Gaggia company museum.) We fired it up today and got some good reactions. If you're ever around Glendora and love espresso give me a dial and I'll fire it up for you.
It would be my pleasure.
Check out the bold piston group head.

Original Gaggia steam knob, steam gauge and water level. With a completely rebuilt piston group head. That's the barrel you see where the espresso is pouring out of.
